Support business development by identifying client opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions
Design and model client solutions, focusing on resource planning, technology deployment, pricing, and profitability
Document and improve processes, create marketing collateral and establish KPIs to measure success
Collaborate with MLS Delivery teams and wider Vario colleagues to scope and implement solutions
Configure existing MLS solutions for bespoke client delivery and develop new service lines and delivery models
Apply design thinking and agile approaches to solution development
Manage risks and ensure successful handover for client delivery

Lean Six Sigma experience or qualification
Knowledge of legal managed services or outsourcing
Familiarity with workflow automation, client instruction tools, and contract lifecycle management
Experience designing service delivery models combining people, technology, and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing presentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skill
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with minimal direction
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
Collaborative team player able to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
