Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical and commercial issues effectively.
In-depth knowledge of building and civil engineering standards, as well as familiarity with British and European standards and codes of practice.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a Master’s degree and Chartered Engineer status with ICE, IStructE, or equivalent being desirable.
Ability to obtain technical authority to approve internal and external design documents, such as SR188 CDAE.
High standard of IT literacy, particularly with MS Office 365 solutions and document control systems, to support efficient project management and coordination.
Extensive experience in the Civil Engineering, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors, with over 10 years in managerial roles, including line and resource management.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, constructability issues, and professional services contracts, including NEC PSC and ACE.
