Contributes to project closeout deliverables by documenting lessons learned and constructability insights.
Develops and/or reviews redlines, initial layouts, and field-driven design changes to support coordination and validate assumptions.
Promotes safe, ergonomic design practices that reduce field risk and comply with all applicable codes, standards, and company policies.
Consistently makes decisions in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.
Utilizes tools such as Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Revit for clash detection, layout validation, and model enhancement.
Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.
Facilitates communication and feedback loops between field crews, designers, and coordinators to improve constructability and future project delivery.
Tracks and ensures resolution of constructability and coordination issues to support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Partners with project managers and prefabrication shops to plan build-ready, modular solutions that support just-in-time delivery and streamlined installation.
Continuously seeks opportunities to improve workflows, stay current on emerging tools and methods, and prioritize constructability efforts based on project size, phase, and critical path.
Recommends design adjustments that enable safer, faster, and more efficient installations, including modular and prefabricated solutions.
Collaborates with BIM/VDC teams to integrate constructible elements and prefabrication opportunities into coordinated models (e.g., conduit racks, skids, cable trays).
Creates and maintains documentation such as constructability reports, issue logs, prefabrication recommendations, and coordination notes.
Supports installation planning by helping develop detailed work packages, kitting strategies, and prefabrication logistics.
Supports internal training and knowledge-sharing efforts to strengthen constructability and prefabrication practices across teams.
Conducts site walks to validate model assumptions, identify physical constraints, and gather as-built data.
Assesses construction sequences, installation workflows, and planning strategies for safety, efficiency, and feasibility.
Identifies constructability gaps between design and field conditions and recommends practical, cost-effective solutions.
Leads constructability reviews and contributes to coordination meetings with cross-functional teams.
Promotes and models the Company mission, vision and values through exercising sound and ethical business practices, championing all elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and providing high quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers, and the public.
Identifies and resolves constructability issues, including conflicts, access limitations, and coordination challenges, early in the design process.
Reviews electrical drawings, layouts, and 3D models to assess constructability, field feasibility, and alignment with design intent.
