The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with the Property Manager to build a collaborative work environment and encourage the maintenance team to deliver the highest quality of customer service. By maintaining facility operations and developing standards, the supervisor helps boost resident renewals and overall customer satisfaction.
- Schedule service support to maintain community appearance and resident safety.
- Provide technical and project direction to the maintenance team to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and respond to a wide variety of residential service requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare apartments for rent by performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, exteriors, and appliances.
- Control expenses and anticipate future maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to create and maintain a community residents are proud to call home.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in multifamily apartment maintenance.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, building exteriors, and appliances.
- Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently.
- Demonstrated thoroughness, self‑motivation, and organization in task completion.
- Availability to work non‑traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call hours.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- EPA certification and substantial experience with HVAC repairs.
