Project Manager

Description

• Manage development and construction activities, reviewing specs, estimating costs, staffing, and overseeing daily progress.
• Lead project planning meetings, define scope, and develop budget, timeline, and schedule.
• Prepare bid packages, evaluate proposals, and negotiate and approve contracts with contractors and vendors.
• Assess and process change orders, updating documents and budgets accordingly.
• Ensure safety, code, and regulatory compliance, handling permits and documentation.
• Update stakeholders on project status, address concerns, and coordinate actions to meet schedule and budget.
• Recruit, train, and manage team performance per company policies.
• Perform site inspections, resolve issues, and adjust plans, schedule, staffing, or budget as required.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience on three or more ground‑up construction projects from start to delivery.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing teams and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated strong time‑management, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
• Highly organized in day‑to‑day and long‑term planning, capable of maintaining complex schedules.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong delegation and negotiation abilities.

Benefits

The position offers a salary range of $180,000 – $200,000, with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs depending on corporate or on‑site status.
