- Schedule and confirm appointments for Sales, Production, and Service teams
- Update the CRM with accurate, real-time scheduling information
- Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointment details, reschedule when needed, and answer questions
- Maintain full calendars by actively monitoring availability and filling open spots
- Prioritize urgency, geography, and resource availability to maximize team efficiency
- Coordinate internally with department managers and field staff to ensure job readiness and team alignment
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes
