- Attend the Project Internal and Customer Meetings as well as hold regular Technical Internal and External Meetings and daily Stand-Up meetings (AGILE Scrum) with the team
- The Delivery Manager is to attend the Scheduled Project Review Meetings supporting the Project Manager
- Liaise with the Product Engineering Team, manage the Testing and Defect strategy and to work in conjunction with the Project Manager to enable the completion of the Project to Cost, Quality and Schedule
- Own the Solution, ensuing that any non-Product requirements are reviewed with the Product Manager.
- Responsible for the Environment Strategy for the Project and Support Teams, ensuring that these are created, built and fully accessible, whilst providing support to the Customer on their needs.
- Responsible for confirming timesheets provided by the technical resources against the project are appropriate for the work packages assigned
- Responsible for the documentation of requirements, schedule and WBS for any Change Requests within the Project
- Innovates and integrates new processes and/or technology to significantly add value to GE. Identifies how the cost of change weighs against the benefits and advises accordingly.
- Review activities against the WBS and inform the Project Manager of any delays or risks
- Ensure development and documentation are fit for purpose.
- Incorporate the project Governance Processes into the Planning and manage the handover to support activities.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in relation to the Project Scope, ensuring that the deliverables are in accordance with the Scope of Work
- Responsible for generating the activities as per the agreed project RACI matrix.
- You’ll own the End-to-End responsibility on the Software Delivery technical element of projects to meet the contracted requirements, timeline and quality commitments.
- Responsible for any technical workshops held with the Customer during Design stage and generating the documentation and attending document reviews
- Lead the Partners and any Services Engineers assigned to the Project, assigning Work Packages and ensuring the reviews on technical Show and Tells.
- Influences through others; builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas. Pre-emptively sees downstream consequences and effectively tailors influencing strategy to support a positive outcome.
- Confirm the completion of deliverables against milestones and stage reviews.
- Own the Delivery Model and Tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)

- Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security
- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Implementation Services. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Proven experience in defining and managing delivery teams.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Software Engineering or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in Telco or Utilities industries.

- Demonstrates knowledge of technologies in the market to help make buy vs build recommendations

- Established project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices
- Proven experience in tracking technical delivery according to Time, Cost and Scope.
- Proven experience in defining and assigning Work Packages.
- Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
- Good understanding and hands-on experience of GE Small World ( EO & PNI) suite
- Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles
- Proficiency in database tools (e.g. Oracle/ Oracle Spatial) and database modelling
- Proven experience in a senior technical role within a system integrator or Software Consultancy practice.
