Respond to all service users safety and security related incidents, ensuring correct service procedures are followed, record and report such incidents as appropriate.

Ability to demonstrate the skills required to work in the area of homelessness.
Position requires completion of apprenticeship - Level 6 minimum.
Relevant experience in a social care setting.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) for virtual meetings and collaboration.
