This position reports to the Oceana M&S Lead and APAC Data Center Segment Lead. The role is hybrid (#LI-Hybrid) and focuses on designing promotional strategy aligned with sales, planning and executing technical promotions for the datacenter segment, and leading technical design activities.
Key responsibilities include aligning promotional strategy with segment and sales plans, implementing technical presentations, demos, seminars and educational materials, planning target audience visits, maintaining long‑term customer relationships, providing on‑time technical support and training, and collaborating with account managers to drive pipeline opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, collaborative self‑starter with proven experience in datacenter electrical distribution, a degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent), strong communication skills, and the ability to drive specifications, create demand, and propose new strategies while listening to customer needs.
