As a Sales Adviser you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, generating and managing property valuations, and leading canvassing initiatives across the local area. You will use the ROSIE system and other platforms to track leads, conduct outbound outreach, and convert enquiries into valuations and sales. Regular coaching, morning briefings and collaboration with the team ensure continuous improvement.
Success in this role requires passion, ambition, a strong work ethic and a positive, professional mindset. Excellent communication, people skills and a customer‑focused attitude are essential.
Candidates must hold a full, clean UK driving licence, have access to an insured vehicle and be legally entitled to work in the UK. Basic IT proficiency, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required. A video interview will be part of the selection process.

New advisors undergo a week of intensive training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, including fully‑paid accommodation and industry‑leading workshops, followed by a second training week within the first six weeks of employment.
