The primary purpose of this role is to build an enterprise‑wide learning strategy focused on skills development, upskilling, career mobility, and employee growth. Acting as a consultative partner, the incumbent aligns learning and career development initiatives with business strategy, core competencies, and identified gaps to ensure the workforce has the capabilities needed for current and future business demands.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Learning and Leadership Development, the position collaborates with Talent Management, Organizational Development, and operating‑company HR leaders to co‑create “One Exelon” solutions. It also oversees a shared resource team that supports multiple managers in the Center of Excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement while managing budget and cost responsibilities.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field—or possess 9‑12 years of equivalent experience—and bring 7‑10 years of expertise in organizational learning, OD, or talent management. Required credentials include instructional design certification, strong data orientation, project management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Preferred qualifications add Kirkpatrick evaluation experience, advanced knowledge of adult learning theory, facilitation or leadership development certifications, vendor negotiation skills, and experience in union environments or energy‑sector workforce development.

Compensation ranges from $104,000 to $143,000 annually, with a 20 % eligible bonus, 401(k) match, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
