In this permanent role you will work within the People Operations Division of the Professional Integrity unit, leading professional standards and investigations teams to deliver effective services. You will provide expert risk‑based case resolution options and ensure worker conduct investigations align with procedural fairness, legal obligations and enterprise standards. The position is based in Macquarie Park with a hybrid schedule of three on‑site days per week.

Your background in professional integrity, HR compliance or employment law, combined with solid knowledge of relevant legislation, is essential.
