In this permanent role you will work within the People Operations Division of the Professional Integrity unit, leading professional standards and investigations teams to deliver effective services. You will provide expert risk‑based case resolution options and ensure worker conduct investigations align with procedural fairness, legal obligations and enterprise standards. The position is based in Macquarie Park with a hybrid schedule of three on‑site days per week.
- Lead professional standards and investigations teams within the People Operations Division.

- Manage worker conduct and behaviour investigations in line with procedural fairness, legal obligations and enterprise standards.
- Develop and implement strategies, systems and frameworks that promote ethical professional practices.

- Apply a holistic approach to investigations and employment law to achieve fair, thorough outcomes.
- Engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups, including executive leadership, to achieve results.
