**This role can be based at any of our workspaces in Bristol, Tewkesbury, Wolverhampton or Lichfield**

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Surveying Manager to lead our team of stock condition and specialist damp & mould surveyors. This role is central to ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, and fit for the future

  • Strong technical knowledge of building regulations, building pathology, and housing compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, contractors, and regulators.
  • Experience of managing stock condition surveys, diagnosing property hazards, and working with contractors.
  • In-depth understanding of the Decent Homes Standard, disrepair law, and HHSRS assessments.
  • A proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel regularly across our geography.
  • A Basic DBS check.
