Lead recruitment processes by strategically partnering with hiring managers to attract and identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates and ensure the acquisition of great ITW talent
Partner with key plant stakeholders to develop and execute effective talent management and employee engagement strategies for assigned employee groups
Provide coaching to managers and supervisors on performance management, career development, and employee relations processes
Collaborate with HR team members on division-wide initiatives to align engagement and organizational effectiveness efforts with overall business objectives
Serve as a ‘culture champion’ that demonstrates ITW’s culture and values and influences managers on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations

4+ years of relevant HR experience; experience in a manufacturing plant environment strongly preferred
Experience in all facets of human resources including talent management, recruitment processes, employee relations and legal compliance requirements
Own the onboarding experience in conjunction with plant leaders to effectively integrate new talent into the organization
Ability to travel up to 20%
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources-related field required
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a strong ability to analyze data and present findings
