Participate and be a member of a 30-40 person client-specific delivery team, while at the same time leveraging the experience and expertise of the entire RPM group.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Clearly identify and understand project objectives associated with progressing contaminated sites to closure, bring your ideas and solutions to your project manager, project directors, mentors.
Apply your love for the outdoors and complete fieldwork assignments in Western Canada (up to 25%), including Phase 1 and 2 ESAs, drilling, groundwater sampling, remediation, and reclamation.
Be part of a Canadian-based firm, applying and expanding your technical, client delivery and project delivery skills.
Plan, lead or work on some of the most interesting and technically challenging environmental projects in Western Canada.

Enjoys mentoring and training junior staff on the wonders of environmental assessments.
Eligible to register as a Professional or Professional in Training with an applicable association (AIA, APEGA, etc.)
Thrives in the office (up to 75%) and are detail-orientated.
Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in environmental site assessment and remediation.
Have excellent communication skills and are the default person coordinating activities with your friends and family.
Asset to have experience related to the Upstream oil and gas industry.
