The Control Systems Product Management Team, a diverse group of experienced Product Managers, oversees a portfolio of hardware and software solutions and is expanding to support critical technology areas. The Product Manager will execute the strategy set by the Global Product Line Director and Portfolio Manager, acting as the product’s advocate and driving functional, business, and financial performance.
Core duties include delivering product demonstrations and training, shaping product strategy and vision based on market research and customer feedback, validating sales forecasts, defining the product roadmap, and conducting competitive analysis to uncover innovation opportunities.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Science, possess strong cross‑functional project leadership, have a proven record of writing requirements and launching products, and bring experience in sales, operations or technical support with solid business acumen. Travel up to 25 % and a permanent UK work permit are required.
