The Supervisor manages shop‑floor activities, guiding “Lead” employees and their teams to meet plant objectives while following established procedures and processes.
Acting as a liaison between senior leadership and hourly staff, the role supervises all production and support functions and promotes performance initiatives such as PSQDCI, TPS, OTD, and continuous improvement.
Responsibility includes ensuring equipment, facilities, and personnel operate in line with plant goals, assisting managers in performance monitoring, maintaining facilities, and running preventive maintenance programs.
The position requires knowledge of raw materials for doors and windows, strong leadership and communication skills, technical aptitude, and familiarity with production machinery and Microsoft Office tools.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and have 1‑3 years of manufacturing experience (or 5‑7 years of relevant experience) within the window and door industry.
