Represent Hanson’s bridge group to clients, recruits, and professional organizations
Track project performance and analyze goal completion
Assign tasks based on team members' strengths and skills
Lead and mentor a growing, dynamic bridge group in Indiana

Demonstrated knowledge of accrual-based revenue recognition and ability to understand project budgets and financial reports
Master's in Structural Engineering is preferred
Leadership training
Willingness to take on diverse assignments and continually grow leadership skills
Minimum 8 years of experience in highway bridge design; railway experience is a plus
Capable of independent problem-solving and collaborative teamwork
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in Indiana or attainable within 6 months; KY licensure is desirable
Background with complex bridge types and technical society participation
Willingness to work occasional overtime to meet deadlines
Experience with INDOT/KYTC project standards and municipal transportation projects
Ability to generate scope and fee for task-specific service agreements
Experience with MicroStation and MS Office Suite (preferred)
Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Staff management and mentoring experience
Proficient in structural design software: Bentley Leap Bridge (required), Midas Civil or Larsa4D (desirable)
