- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field
- Proven ability to lead people, manage priorities, and streamline processes
- Strong knowledge of modern estimating tools and construction technology
- 10+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating, with 5+ years in a leadership role
