The ideal candidate has extensive global software development leadership experience, a proven record of building high‑performing teams, expertise in Agile, DevOps, and organizational transformation, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred experience includes SaaS, cloud, mobile software, and familiarity with lean or Six Sigma methodologies. A degree in engineering is required.
