To prepare technical specifications of Primary Equipment, design the layouts, civil guide drawings, loading calculations, Design Intend Document etc.
Monitoring of the engineering delivery progress as per the engineering programme of the project, escalating issues as and when required to the team leader
To work with the team lead to deliver the Primary engineering design by adhering to the process and the Business strategy.

You should have a Degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical
Good knowledge of Health & Safety standards (including CDM regulations) applicable to the design of High Voltage substations.
Robust knowledge and working experience of Revit, leading and guiding the junior member of the 3D CAD team is essential
Good knowledge of layout and Primary Equipment for substations projects up to 400kV
Extensive 3D design experience (min of 10-12 yrs) within the Electricity Transmission and Distribution industry, preferably with some working in the UK market
