  • Lead daily operations to ensure the Community is clean, compliant, and delivering high-quality services to residents.
  • Proactively identify and report hazards, conduct daily site inspections, and keep communal areas safe and compliant.
  • Support resident wellbeing through proactive communication, inspections, and emergency response.
  • Coordinate tenancy paperwork, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with legislation and lease agreements.
  • Prioritise resident safety and ensure adequate staffing and support is always in place.
  • Manage staff, contractors, and resources effectively, while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment.
  • Ensure only approved contractors and equipment are used on site, maintaining a secure and well-managed environment.
  • Promote the Community through events, networking, and marketing, while building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Take safety seriously and follow WHS policies, use approved chemicals, and wear PPE when required.
