Primary duties include performing maintenance checks and services on residential HVAC systems, troubleshooting and diagnosing repair options, conducting safety and performance tests, detecting carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks, and delivering strong customer service by communicating status, collecting payments, providing detailed information, and maintaining truck inventory.
