Parts Assistant

Description

• Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing.
• Process daily parts orders, including shipping and receiving.
• Prepare parts quotes and coordinate with vendors and manufacturers.
• Verify invoice accuracy and coordinate with service departments and delivery schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts warehouse.

Requirements

• Experience in construction or heavy equipment industry (preferred) and budgeting.
• Proficient with Excel and spreadsheet usage.
• Clean driving record for local parts pickup and delivery.
• Strong customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to operate forklift/telehandler and lift 75‑100 lb.

We are hiring a Parts Assistant for our Hartford, CT rental facility. The role works Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and occasional weekend on‑call in special circumstances.
