- Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing, with a proven record of leadership.
- Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, walk, stand; Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent exposure to construction sites, varying weather conditions, and potentially hazardous materials.
- Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and software.
- High school diploma or GED; trade school or apprenticeship completion preferred.
- Valid Master Plumber License.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and national plumbing codes.
