Designs and manufactures high‑end LED lighting fixtures in the USA for architectural and hospitality spaces.
We are seeking an assembler to build LED light fixtures and related electronic components, perform product repairs, and update samples for briefcases, tabletop trade shows, and our showroom. This role ensures that our products are accurately showcased at company trade shows, in the showroom, and for distributors.
The assembler will maintain a well‑stocked workstation, collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product engineering to understand order requirements, and complete all builds within scheduled timelines. Final quality‑control verification is required before products leave the facility, and the assembler will work with the sales team to provide alternatives or partial fulfillments when necessary.
In addition to fixture assembly, the role includes designing and constructing tabletop trade‑show booths, testing fixtures for correct color chips and functionality, and programming driver settings. Ongoing repairs and updates are performed to keep displays fresh and current.
Candidates should have experience with electronics and lighting components, be comfortable using hand and power tools for soldering, mechanical assembly, and basic carpentry, and possess proficiency with computers and software such as databases, CRM, Word, and Excel. Ability to read work orders, assembly instructions, and technical drawings, along with strong communication skills and a detail‑oriented attitude, are essential.
The position requires physical ability to lift, carry, and stack items weighing 25–50 lb, sustained manual dexterity for tool use, and the capacity to sit or stand at a workstation for an eight‑hour shift with occasional bending, stooping, twisting, and repetitive motions.
We are a Florida drug‑free workplace; employment is contingent upon passing a pre‑employment 10‑panel drug screen and subsequent random screenings. Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 7 am–4 pm with two 15‑minute breaks and a one‑hour lunch. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, negotiable based on skillset, and after a 30‑day waiting period employees become eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance, paid holidays, and accruing paid time off.
