Pre-contract tendering experience on the NEC3 or 4 ECC.
Demonstrable understanding and practical application of the NEC3 or 4 ECC main Option A, C or E.
Have NEC3 or 4 ECC main Option A, C or E extensive experience for project delivery, administration and management.
A knowledge and expertise in the water/wastewater industry sector including the Water Industry Act 1991 and the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 section 84.
Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or working towards their APC.
