Compile closeout materials: as-built drawings, back stock inventory, owners' manual; and provide to Client/Design Team as appropriate. Participate in project post completion meeting with project team to review successes and challenges on the project and provide quantitative feedback related to performance as compared to the original budget.
Accurately track and process project documents, including but not limited to submittals, change orders, RFI's, schedule and budget updates.
Collect all project information (project directory, budget, schedule, submittal log, plans and specifications) from estimating department and work closely with PM to process information appropriately.
Assist in reviewing project cost data on draft invoices in preparation for project managers to finalize and send payment applications to client.
Collect, evaluate, and transmit submittals ensuring performance and prescriptive requirements are met.

Highly resourceful problem solver.
Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents.
A minimum of one-year experience in high-end residential construction project management.
Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills: verbal, written, and visual.
Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; lift and/or move light weights.
College degree preferred but not required if industry-specific professional experience makes up for it.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam is required
Ability to work in office, and construction environments.
Ability to sit at desk for long periods of time and intermittently walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach while performing office duties.
Experience managing multiple projects under $500K and/or single large projects up to $20M.
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
Understand and decipher legal contract language, code, and technical construction technologies.
Ability to maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for making observations, communicating with others, reading, and writing, and operating office equipment
Ability to see and read characters on a computer screen.
Ability to lift and carry cartons or packages weighing up to 50 pounds
Exposure to heat and/or cold, and inclement weather.
Fast learner, with the ability to learn new software with ease.
Ability to use a telephone to communicate verbally and a keyboard to communicate through written means, to review information and enter/retrieve data.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, go up and down stairs and ladders, crouch, and crawl.
Poised and mature attitude, always remaining calm under pressure.
Highly organized, energetic, focused, and detail oriented.
Exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines.
