Groundskeeper

Description

The employee is responsible for maintaining the grounds, buildings, and common areas to meet PMC standards at all times, completing turnovers promptly for move‑in, and assisting with preventative maintenance and snow removal as needed. They also ensure the property's curb appeal, including pathways to models and the office, keep storage and shop areas organized according to the company’s color‑coded program, and perform any additional duties requested.

• Ensure grounds, buildings, and common areas meet PMC standards continuously.
• Complete turnovers within the allotted time and ready for move‑in.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform snow removal when requested.
• Maintain curb appeal, including paths to models and office.
• Keep storage and shop areas neat, clean, and organized per color‑coded program.
• Work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours for emergencies.
• Provide a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Requirements

Candidates must be able to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours in emergency situations, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have basic hand‑tool proficiency.

Applicants should live within a reasonable distance from the property, be able to travel to the site in inclement weather, respond to major emergencies, and provide a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
