  • Support local Community Investment Action Groups across offices
  • Work with the Business Development and Communications teams to showcase collaborative impact
  • Lead and support outreach initiatives with schools and youth organisations, aligned with our strategic commitment to Inspire Young Lives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and expand access and opportunity
  • Manage the firm’s donations process, ensuring timely and compliant payments
  • Support the planning and delivery of Responsible Business and Community Investment events
  • Support the DEI team by attending and running the firm's inclusion groups (ERGs) and supporting with the planning, promotion and delivery of events, campaigns and initiatives across offices
  • Support the planning and delivery of DEI related activities, campaigns and events in collaboration with the DEI Manager and Wellbeing Manager
  • Coordinate and support the firm’s global network of charities and education partners.
  • Represent the firm at external meetings, conferences, and events, including travel as required
  • Liaise with partners and managers to coordinate logistics and communication
