The Role

Overview

Sell polymer piping systems to mechanical contractors, managing projects and relationships.

Tasks

-Achieve annual sales goals through individual sales efforts and identify and develop prospects for polymer piping systems (plumbing, mechanical, and/or industrial), working with GF sales colleagues, manufacturers’ reps and the GF-BFS regional commercial business team(s) -Coordinates product and installation training as necessary to support sales objectives -Tracks progress using Microsoft Dynamics and defined sales key performance indicators (KPI’s) -Develops and delivers effective sales presentations -Coordinates with GF’s construction services team to develop integrated system designs

What You Bring

-Experience in selling large scale projects and cross communicating across business units. -This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years’ related experience. -Must be innovative and forward thinking – have comfort with details; but ability to think broadly -Must have excellent communication, planning and presentation skills. -Successful experience in major account selling and the construction market is required. -Must be self-starter (entrepreneurial), strategically focused, goal oriented, and take initiative to achieve objectives -Ability to travel up to 50% monthly.
