Concrete Strategies is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Business Development Manager to lead key growth initiatives, drive major project pursuits, and deepen client relationships within targeted regions and sectors. This high-impact role is responsible for shaping market strategies, supporting major pursuit teams, and mentoring junior business development staff.
As a critical contributor to our commercial concrete growth strategy, this role partners closely with operations, estimating, and executive leadership to ensure consistent market positioning, value-driven client engagement, and revenue growth. This position is ideal for a seasoned business development professional with strong market instincts, deep industry relationships, and a passion for concrete construction.
