Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with an extension or specialization in Sustainability or Environmental Management
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation in both products and services
Experience with standards and regulatory landscapes affecting T&D equipment
Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, eco-design, and lifecycle assessment
Minimum 5 years in design or operation of transmission/distribution equipment
Proven track record in product and/or portfolio management, including service offerings
