Service Professionals are responsible for hands‑on customer care, including troubleshooting, servicing, inspecting, installing, and repairing industrial equipment of all sizes. They must keep accurate work orders on paper and digitally, operate a vehicle to visit multiple customer sites, and uphold safety and OSHA compliance standards.
Miner offers four Service Professional levels to match skill sets: Apprentice (Level I) for eager learners, Level II for those with at least one year of related experience, Senior (Level III) for candidates with roughly four years of experience in dock‑leveler or gate fields, and Expert (Level IV) for those with eight or more years of advanced electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical expertise. Applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of their current level.
Qualified candidates have 2‑4 years of relevant experience, can repair doors, loading docks, and dock‑levelers, and show a desire to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical work. Hydraulic and pneumatic experience is a plus. They must work independently, possess strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills, hold a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Miner provides competitive pay with incentives, a uniform and boot allowance, training opportunities, a clear path for advancement, a company‑issued truck, autonomy, generous PTO and paid holidays, and a full benefits package starting day one that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more. The company is an equal‑opportunity employer and emphasizes that external job postings may not be authorized.
The salary range listed reflects the company’s good‑faith minimum and maximum for this role; actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location, with potential for additional incentive pay.
