The Installation Manager will lead installation activities for high‑voltage projects, ensuring alignment with project targets for safety, quality, schedule, and budget. The role requires travel, beginning with a 24‑month assignment on the Suedlink DC4 project in Wilster, Germany, and may lead to further opportunities worldwide.
Key responsibilities include overseeing AC and DC installations, supporting subcontractor work, preparing early‑stage installation plans, and collaborating with site managers and engineering teams to maintain documentation and quality standards.
Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or possess equivalent experience, and have 10‑12 years of relevant experience, including people and installation management on large‑scale projects. Experience with HVDC, FACTS, or substation projects is preferred, and fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
