Review monthly treasury reports for Corporate and Trustee
Prepare/ Review fund transfer / payment instruction letter to Trustee and banks
Liaise with banks and legal counsel for financing matters such as bank loans, multicurrency term notes and equity fund raising
Input / Review treasury data in SAP treasury module for accounting
Review / prepare budget, cash forecast and distribution payment timeline
Assist in any other treasury related tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned
Manage and monitor hedging policy and in compliance with treasury policy
Monitor and hedge foreign currencies and interest rate exposures
Review and ensure bank accounts, including update of bank mandate and user access in internet banking, are kept up to date
Manage day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations of treasury functions
Review and oversee year-end audit confirmation to banks
Monitor and manage debt maturity profile and cash at bank
