Evaluate and assist in oversight of the design team and coordinating design activities for the project in the field of Heavy Commuter Rail System & Tunnelling.
Manage the design process, including project planning, concept development, detailed design, and design reviews.
Coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless transition from design to construction phase.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate design elements and address technical challenges.
Ensure that design deliverables meet project requirements, client expectations, and relevant standards.
Support value engineering efforts, design optimization, and innovation in design solutions.
Review design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Experience in Federal Transit Agency projects
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Extensive experience in design management, preferably on large tunneling or underground construction projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
Familiarity with transit agencies (Such as PANYNJ, NJT, MTA, LIRR, Amtrak)
