To work with BD and leadership to design and rollout a pursuit management course to train others in the business to manage tenders in a standardised manner and generally increase or capability in this area.
To recruit, retain, develop and performance manage direct reports and ensure their teams are functioning optimally.
To ensure estimating function is working as a team; where allocated to the BGEN Pre-construction entity, and ensure those allocated to BU verticals are included in performance and resource management arrangements.
Leading all proposals that require specific leadership - to be determined during weekly bid calls.
To ensure packs are put together within the MGroup for tender reviews ensuring all advice is gained and summarised for efficient decision making.
