We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with deep expertise in open-source, open-weight large language models (LLMs) and end-to-end software integration. This role is ideal for someone excited to build production-ready AI systems across education, fintech, and business automation.

Strong background in software engineering (microservices, APIs, web integrations)

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take projects from concept to deployment

Fine-tune and optimize open-source/open-weight models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.) for real-world use cases

Proven experience training/fine-tuning LLMs and deploying them in production

Core Technical Skills

Familiarity with AI for education, fintech, or workflow automation

Based in Dubai, with projects spanning global education, fintech, and enterprise automation

Programming: Python (expert), JavaScript/TypeScript (bonus)

DevOps & Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git

Workflow Automation: API integration, microservices, REST/GraphQL

LLM Fine-Tuning & Optimization: Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LoRA, PEFT
