Tasks

-3D modeling and design of piping and mechanical systems. -P&ID and Flow Diagram preparation -Preparation of isometric drawings. -Collaborate with Mechanical group members, other Stantec disciplines and clients to achieve project success. -Apply design skills to prepare or coordinate the preparation of contract drawings, sketches, and concept design through to construction. -Data collection and verification in our client’s facilities. -Successfully carry out assignments on project design teams. -Drawing preparation using AutoCAD, Plant3d, Cadworx, Inventor, Solidworks, Revit, AvevaE3D, MicroStation, etc. -Effectively communicate with other team members in the department or project team.

What You Bring

-At least 1-3 years of experience. -Understanding the importance of complying with Stantec’s Employee Health and Safety (EH&S) program, with a focus on safety in the field. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Strong collaborative skills while working with a single or multi-discipline team. -Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -At least 1-3 years experience in the industrial consulting industry. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically in Windows maneuvering, Word, Excel and Access is an asset. -Ability to work in an environment of constantly changing technology and project assignments. -Effective written and verbal communication skills. -Bilingual in French and English is an asset -Field representation and drawing interpretation.
