Identifies and orders appropriate paint colors and finishes, mixing if needed.
Sustain interpersonal relationships, which encourage openness, candor, and trust, both internally and externally.
Builds scaffolding according to safety regulations.
Maintain initiative to preserve the flow of work.
Masks, removes, covers, or otherwise protects furniture, hardware, trim, and other nonpainted surfaces.
Applies paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, sprayers, airbrushes, stencils, and other tools.
Maintain Company information in a confidential manner.
Prepares surfaces to be painted, which may include removing prior finishes through chemicals, grit blast, or other methods.
Measures area to be painted; determines quantity and type of paint to use for the project.
Individuals may occasionally be exposed to hazardous conditions, high places, and /or hazardous equipment. May work with or around chemicals that require knowledge of a safety data sheet.
The position occasionally may require lifting heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
Complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
Complies with chemical and waste storage and disposal regulations and best practices.
Maintains a clean work area.

Prolonged periods of standing and painting.
Performs basic stencil and line work, which may include painting lines on factory floors, parking lots, and other surfaces.
OSHA30 preferred.
Act independently and originate new approaches to problems.
Completion of a formal apprenticeship program, previous experience, or on-the-job training required.
Ability to follow instructions and provide consistent work.
Must be able to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl frequently.
Individuals may need to ride or drive in a vehicle for 2 or more hours at a time depending on position.
Motivated and works well with others.
Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and stand frequently throughout the day.
Must have adequate balance and ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.
