Reconstruction Project Manager

Description

• Manage project budgets and costs
• Oversee subcontractor relationships and service delivery
• Recruit subcontractors
• Supervise in‑house trade staff
• Ensure quality control and site safety
• Manage production schedules and timelines
• Drive operational sales and brand development
• Collect project funds
• Coordinate material and vendor resources
• Manage customer and tenant relations
• Support ongoing training and development of team members
• Participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rotation (one week per 6 weeks)
• Notify field team of on‑call assignments promptly
• Respond to all calls during assigned on‑call shift
• Ensure all on‑call field team members are responsive

Requirements

• Proficient with computers, phones, and mobile platforms
• Skilled in MS Office, Google Docs, and related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Effective time management and deadline adherence
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
• Perform well in fast‑paced, stressful environments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years related experience
• Two+ years managing repair projects in insurance restoration
• IICRC certifications in water, fire, and mold restoration
• Project management certifications or training
