Advanced expertise in Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, A/V systems, and AV hardware components (displays, microphones, soundbars, control panels).
3+ years hands-on experience with AV conferencing, unified communications, or IT systems deployment.
Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.

Experience programming or troubleshooting AV control platforms (Crestron, Q-Sys, Extron)
Must be proficient in both technical and user-facing documentation (system schematics, wiring diagrams, user guides, and support documentation)
Proven track record of managing AV/IT projects, preferably with conference room or collaboration technology.
Experience in public speaking, must be able to deliver in-person end-user training to groups, when necessary.
Experience with software or solutions adjacent to conference technologies, such as Digital Signage, Room schedulers, Space Booking, etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Field experience supporting collaboration solutions in construction or engineering environments.
Familiarity with programmatic control of AV devices through scripting and automation toolsets (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Power Automate, SIMPL etc.).
