Support the management of the annual year-end compensation process.
Manage audit and data verification processes for all equity compensation plans.
Oversee and prepare participant-wide communications.
Utilize advanced Excel functions and BI tools to assess compensation outcomes, including pay gaps, incentive participation by role and region, and gender pay equity analysis.
Create and reconcile various reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle.
Participate in compensation surveys and conduct benchmarking & market trend analysis using the data from the surveys
Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors to ensure a best-in-class experience for employees.
Learn about peers’ processes and directives and incorporate them into the equity administration function as appropriate.
Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of technology platforms used for compensation decisions.
Prioritizes operational efficiency and looks for areas of improvement consistently.
Administer multiple equity compensation plans for participants globally.
Generates accurate work-product based on criteria of tasks assigned.
Partner with stakeholders to validate multi-jurisdictional tax withholdings on payroll-related transactions.
Conduct analyses to support payroll validations and accounting inquiries
Contribute to maintaining competitively positioned compensation structures and employee positioning through data-driven insights.

Knowledge of Shareworks equity administration system is an asset
Strong user knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly excel (pivot tables and lookups)
Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with the ability to create interactive dashboards is an asset.
Demonstrates productive analytical thinking.
Utilizes problem-solving skills in a well-considered manner to identify and resolve issues.
