- Delivering tailored training to system users, including new starters and refresher sessions
- Managing and maintaining asset records within the CAFM system
- Supporting stakeholders with data analysis and reporting using Crystal Reports
- Delivering systems training to users (desirable)
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve maintenance strategies and compliance
- Producing and controlling maintenance schedules to meet contractual and regulatory requirements
- Using CAFM systems or managing software/database records
