

Provides integrated industrial services including engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance.
Construction Superintendent II is responsible for overseeing field construction activities across multiple trade disciplines, ensuring projects meet schedule, safety, and quality standards.
The role involves reviewing drawings, assisting in scope development, creating and maintaining project schedules, leading weekly client progress meetings, and coordinating subcontractor activities.
Additional duties include managing material submittals and shop drawings, performing site layout, monitoring subcontractor safety practices, generating daily progress reports with photographic documentation, assisting with quantity take‑offs, tracking subcontractor labor hours, supporting as‑built and close‑out documentation, and approving payment applications. Physical work may require ladder climbing and heavy lifting.
Candidates must have at least five years of recent lead superintendent experience on commercial, educational, or government projects, a solid work history, comprehensive trade knowledge, and experience with interior and exterior work. Education is preferred but not required; proficiency in Microsoft Project, Adobe, Word, Excel, and preferably e‑Builder or Kahua is expected. OSHA 10 or 30 certification, ability to handle multiple projects, teamwork, a clean driving record, and successful drug testing are required; prior JOC contract experience is a plus.
