  • STLs are to ensure that they have monthly check-ins with their TLs, if not face-to-face, then by email
  • You support the team leaders with the formal absence management process.
  • Ensure that the shifts for the following month have been allocated to ensure that there are no dropped shifts.
  • In a team leader's absence, you must ensure that arrangements are in place for the SWPRs to be completed for that team. If you are unable to complete these yourself, then you must ensure that you reach out to the management team for support.
  • Ensure that all reports of unsafe or careless driving are investigated and the outcome relayed to the management team
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all SWPRs are completed for the officers in your team.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all team leaders have completed the SWPRs for their team in line with the new procedure.
  • Arrangements need to be made to ensure that all team leaders have their SWPRs completed. If you are unable to complete these yourself, then you must reach out to the management team for support.
  • In the event of long-term sickness absence, you must ensure that all welfare checks are completed and logged.
  • Make sure the team leaders have added any new diary events, e.g., training, on Timegate
