Site Manager - Batemans Bay

Description

• Oversee defect management and project completion
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental standards
• Conduct site meetings and report on progress
• Maintain programme milestones and drive productivity
• Manage daily site operations and subcontractors
• Coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and client representatives

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Current White Card
• Ability to manage tight timeframes and fast-paced programmes
• Proficient with construction software's such as Procore, Jobpac, Hammertech
• First Aid and relevant site safety certifications (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and services coordination
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
