Supervise all Enhancement activities, ensuring crew has required safety materials, training, and tools, and operates safely.
Complete a daily pre‑trip inspection report.
Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
Use install tools, operate heavy equipment, and safely drive crews to and from jobs in compliance with the company's safety policy.

We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to work safely in the field for our Enhancement division. You will be a working team member who oversees all aspects of a crew from start to completion.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, have crew‑management experience in landscaping, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Desired experience in masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Experience managing a crew of laborers in landscaping installation or related services.
Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site.
Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus.
