Schedulers will develop and maintain critical‑path method schedules, incorporate resource and cost loading, and integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams. They will link the work‑breakdown structure to the cost‑breakdown structure, generate earned‑value metrics, schedule KPIs and cash‑flow reports, and conduct critical‑path analysis, what‑if scenarios and productivity tracking. The role also involves identifying schedule risks, recommending mitigation strategies, supporting look‑ahead planning and ensuring documentation complies with contract and company standards.
The position is based in Spring, Texas, with a hybrid schedule and up to 25 % weekday domestic travel. QISG is seeking mid‑level and senior Primavera P6 Schedulers to partner with project managers, engineers and field teams across EPC, design‑build and CMAR delivery models. The role supports projects from planning through construction, commissioning and closeout, emphasizing critical‑path management, schedule risk mitigation, performance and forecast tracking. Ideal candidates have P6 scheduling experience in data centers or commercial infrastructure and can translate complex engineering and field inputs into clear, executable schedules.
Candidates should have four to ten years of scheduling experience in the EPC industry, preferably on data‑center or commercial infrastructure projects, and strong expertise in Primavera P6, including cost‑ and resource‑loaded schedules. Experience with large‑scale site work, long‑lead equipment schedules, and tools such as Deltek Acumen Fuse is valuable. Strong communication, influencing and organizational skills are required to collaborate across engineering, permitting, procurement, construction and commissioning teams. A high school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or a related field is preferred.
